Above arrangements are provisional,pending receipt of your deposit (75-00) within next 10 days.Please make any cheques payable to ‘JIGS ‘N’ REELS’ and post to our address above.

Receipt of your deposit will

  1. signify that you,as the hirer/s,will be willing to enter into a signed Contract with the band/caller (whose leader is named above) for services as briefly outlined above (with our general terms more fully detailed on the reverse of this Confirmation of Quotation)
  2. require our agency to notify immediately to the band/caller that we have received your

    3. deposit and that you wish to enter into a Contract Agreement with the artist/s

  3. require our agency to forward to you a Receipt of Deposit,together with three copies of the Contract Agreement (disclosing the full contact details of the artist/s and their leader) for your consideration and signature and subsequent signature by the artist/s
  4. that you accept the Cancellation scale charges as listed below:

Cancellation charges applicable only after issue of duly signed Contract Agreement
In the unusual event of cancellation by the hirer/s, your deposit would be non-returnable.
The following cancellation charge scale would also apply —
30 days or more prior to booking – 50% of balance of fee
30-15 days prior to booking – 75% of balance of fee
15 days (or less) prior to booking – 100% of balance of fee
All cancellations must be in writing via recorded delivery mail or fax (office hours)
Telephone only or e-mail cancellations are not acceptable
