Vastly experienced ceilidh band, with flexible line-up – 5 musicians (featuring accordion, fiddle, guitar, banjo and flute or snare drummer – subject to availability).
The usual format is based around Roger’s driving accordion – which is usually accompanied by guitar and fiddle. But the banjo player is sometimes available if required, especially if the night is crying out for an Irish Ceili ‘flavour’, with some of the well-known songs for good measure .And the flautist/saxophonist for that something ‘jazzier’ with the traditional snare drum kit for the Scottish night !. But getting all 5 together can be a problem, sometimes – individually, they are all in demand in other fields as well.
The band are also available for concerts (without caller) for ‘Irish’ nights with their popular repertoire of songs, usually in lesser numbers than 5! See elsewhere on our website. Or just ask !
