Description
Based in Berkshire,this barn dance band started about 1981. Though playing mainly English traditional music, their repertoire now also includes music from Scotland, Ireland, France, Germany and some other countries.
The instruments played include keyboard, fiddle, melodeon, bodhran, accordion, guitar, recorder, trumpet, tambourine and hurdy gurdy in a very lively and danceable style. The band is available as a 4 piece minimum number of musicians.
The band originated out of Berkshire Bedlam Morris, so their roots are in traditional English music. And if you think that’s not too exciting,then – think again !!
