This well established 4 piece ceilidh band from South Gloucestershire has a really fine array of music and instrumentation, comprising melodeon, mandolin, fiddle, and guitar. For a video clip see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E7qL0b1VJFE
The music is lively and very danceable, appealing to novices and experienced ceilidh dancers, drawing on the traditions of the British Isles, America but with a definite leaning towards Irish music. The band can also cover some of the well-known Scottish ceilidh dance favourites
Over the years, the band have performed at numerous ceilidhs and barn dances covering wedding receptions, parties of all sorts and fund-raising events where the bigger band sound is required at an affordable price. The fact is…..the band just love to play !!
And here’s from a happy customer…(3rd Oct 09)
“I just wanted to say thank you for all your help in finding such a superb band for our party. We had an amazing evening – it was full of surprises for Robert, namely the Hog Roast and the live music. He did know something was happening about a week before so that he finished the car (it’s the white one in the picture)
The biggest surprise for both of us was our son Christopher arriving totally out of the blue from New Zealand!! He and his sister Louisa had arranged it between them. We’ve not seen him for nearly a year and he’s not been home for 3. I’m still in shock. The other surprise was that two members of the band actually live just around the corner from us!! So many people said how amazing the band were and how much they enjoyed themselves, I hope the band did too.
Thank you once again”

Gill
Following Band’s performance Sat 2nd April 2011 –
Thanks a lot Chris – the band were fantastic on Saturday, Mike the mic was amazing with our guests and they got virtually everyone dancing for pretty much the entire evening.
It was a very easy and stress free process using you to find them. So, all in all, a big success. Many thanks,
Amanda
Following band’s performance in August 2011………
Dear Chris,
I just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you for your help with booking the band for our wedding back in August. They really were a fantastic band, Mike the caller was brilliant and our friends and family were utterly exhausted on the night and achy the next day after so much energetic dancing!! When the energy tapered off at times, the band filled with jolly background music until Mike could rustle up another gaggle to get started again so we really just left them to it!
Thank you for your help in the first place and efforts to answer my many often tedious questions, nothing like organising your own wedding to get the stress levels nice and high!!
Our photographer made a superb video which included some of the dancing – absolutely hilarious and probably quite a good advertisement if it’s of any use to them or yourself. Let me know as we could easily make a copy.
Best regards,
Claire Norman
