This extremely popular ceilidh band was founded in 1996 by Mick Bailey and grew out of the vibrant North London Traditional Music scene. Mick carefully selected the band members for outstanding ability on their individual instruments and as a bunch of good friends.
They have built a reputation as a highly entertaining, professional and talented ceilidh band performing at parties, festivals, pubs, clubs,concerts and functions throughout the South East and further afield, particularly if your night is crying out for the traditional Irish ‘craic’.
But do not be lulled into thinking that this is solely an Irish band, since they play equally traditional Irish, Scottish, English and American songs and tunes with the same amount of innovation, flair and vitality.
Whilst the ceilidh band operate mainly as a 4 piece band including their own caller/musician,this particular line-up is enhanced by a fiddler, making a total 5 piece band (including caller/musician).
However,they are available as anything from a duo to a six-piece, amplified or acoustic, with or without a caller, making them a very suitable option for your event,whatever the size and numbers.
