Ceili, Barn Dance band, Glos, Bath, S Wales(AV03)

Description

BAND VIDEO – see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QbDvK7V_Pkw

A very lively trio of musicians from South Gloucestershire, including their own caller/vocalist. There might only be three of them……but their diversity of instruments is quite staggering……..between them, they use fiddle, guitars, bouzouki, accordion, banjo, flute, double bass and percussion.

And they sing as well ! And Tony, their caller, is bound to pass on his infectious enthusiasm for traditional music, songs and dance – with an emphasis on a Celtic flavour/irish theme.

Very suitable choice should your ceili need plenty of songs as well as the dancing !

REFERENCE SAT 4th AUG 2012

My 60th Birthday party was made special by the wonderful music and enthusiastic calling from Tony and the girls. My family and friends, who had come from all over the world to join me in my celebration, all danced, clapped and laughed the whole night. Tony got us all involved even with dodgy knees tailoring the music to the participants abilities!

Every single one of enjoyed the night hugely, so a big THANK YOU to the Band!!!
best wishes, Linda Evans

GIG – SAT 9th MARCH 2013

Hi Chris,

Sorry I have not got back to you sooner, but I just wanted to send you a quick note to say thank you for putting me in touch with Tony. They were brilliant on Saturday night and everyone had a fantastic evening. I have had some great feedback last week about how successful the evening was and I think we have managed to raise about 700 for the school which is an added bonus.

I would highly recommend them to all our friends and if we do it again I will certainly get in contact. So thank you again for your help.

Regards,
Jane Hughes
