Cracking band that brings a Hoedown with attitude for the 21st century with swinging tunes and dances to everything from Johnny Cash to YMCA.
The band perform with callers as a “cowboy ceilidh” (Yee-Hah till you drop!!) as a storming dance band.
Their high energy show mixes dynamic songs with traditional tunes, and country takes on modern classics. The dance callers bring people together – you’ll find yourself laughing with strangers! For a total hoedown showdown,the band come with a boxful of stetsons, barndance decor, top musicality and a great sense of fun.
Line-up comprising
Gill on fiddle – Ali on Accordion – Tom the drums – Daz on Bass – Mike on Guitar/Vocals – and 2 callers, Sheila and Rachel, calling the dances and sorting out your do-si-doe’s !!!
(the sample music is a slower waltz time sample but, of course, the band will also include reels etc for barn dances)

I booked the bande through yourselves, for a gig at Scarborough Fair Museum, on Saturday 28th April and would like to say how much everyone enjoyed the hoedown/barndance. The band were excellent and that was even with seasoned jazz musicians in the audience. I have recommended the band to anyone who is thinking of having a party. Wonderful night and we managed to raise a lot of money for hospice and chemo unit in Scarborough. Thank you.

Thank you so much for playing at our daughters wedding last night….Dave and Jo wanted an informal wedding where guests just relaxed , partied….danced if they wanted to..hence the Wild West , sunflower and scarecrow theme…. we absolutely loved your band… it was a pleasure to sit back and listen when recouperating!! ha ha… Im getting old… the majority of people at the wedding had never danced hoedown and thoroughly enjoyed the fact it didn’t matter ! In fact…the worse we were the more fun it was!! Thank you once again for your personal service, wonderful music and patience….we would highly recommend! Hope to see you again soon….Sue xx
